Mirage Universe cover pencils

We're planning a "Mirage Universe" book, which --- as I understand it -- will be a kind of reference work for all of the characters which have appeared in the Mirage Turtles comics. I volunteered to draw the cover, which I decided to do as a "flip cover". Here's my drawing, which I did in "photo blue" pencil.

I just finished inking it today -- I'll put up those finished images soon. -- PL

  1. Peter,
This is one of the things I'm the most excited about.
I implore you please please please draw the comics again!
I can't wait to see all of the characters in the screens, please keep us updated on this.

  3. You know it'd be great if A.C. Farley did all of the character art inside to go along with the Archie TMNT Universe Books.
Either that or the people that created the characters could draw them, that'd be great.
P.S. Eric Talbot seriously needs to do some TMNT comics his blog is full of turtles art and he hasn't done a comic in what a 100 years now? lol

  4. Yep, this is something I heard some time ago, but I thought it was just a rumor...
Good to see that it's raelly being made, I'm looking forward to it. And I must agree with Vaughn about art and comics.

  5. This looks great, and it's definitely exciting! More exciting than TMNT vol 4 #30? Well, no. (HINT HINT!) But still exciting.
