DeleteHey, PL. I just saw a youtube video where you were demonstrating the duo tone boards that you and Kevin drew the first TMNT comics on. I was actually wondering, what kind of brush did you and Kevin use to ink and tone your comics?
ReplyDeleteI can't really speak for Kevin, but I used a variety of different brushes, with my favorites being the smaller ones with synthetic fibers -- I think I recall the name of those as "White Taklon". I suspect that was a trade name for the type of fibers in the brush. I liked them because they seemed to have a springiness that the natural fiber brushes did not, and they also seemed to hold up better. -- PL
